Our coffees bear the names of the most important cities in Italy. From North to South they become increasingly stronger in taste. Our Espresso Milano, for example, is the mildest espresso, whereas our Palermo is not for the faint of heart. Our beans are roasted for us italian Style by our coffee roasters. We are gradually expanding our range with more delicious Italian coffees. Our product portfolio is rounded off by various accessories such as the Italian moka pot. Our Italian espressos are roasted with passion in the style of different regions of Italy using traditional roasting methods.
Since the roasting temperatures are significantly lower than in large-scale industrial production, this process takes longer (approx. 15-20 minutes compared to approx. 2-5 minutes), but it produces finer aromas and, above all, fewer bitter substances.
The result: The quality of the end product increases significantly with this more complex process. We believe that the two most important factors in roasting are experience and passion. Gaining experience is a long and constant process that is very difficult to speed up. For this reason, our roasts are exclusively roasted Italian Style, we have perfected our skill and craft over decades and generations. The interplay of regional roasting art and passion gives each of our espressos its very individual and special character.
Our espressos are roasted exclusively in the style of the cities in Italy whose names they bear. Since quality and freshness are our top priority, only small batches of beans are roasted in our roasting plants. The roasted beans are professionally packaged immediately after the roasting process and transferred to our warehouse in the USA. This is where the quality control, as well as the weighing and repackaging into our cups and bags, takes place by hand.
To further increase the quality and freshness, we pack orders of 1000g in 2 x 500g aroma protection packaging.

That’s why at Italian Beans we predominantly use Environmentally friendly packaging. When it comes to shipping, we also use environmentally friendly cardboard boxes and natural filling materials, such as wood wool and 100% recycled paper.
